Pfoten Profi Marketplace offers its sellers absolute flexibility. This also applies to the delivery conditions and shipping costs.

Delivery conditions

Every seller can determine on his own responsibility under which conditions and requirements the delivery to an order will be carried out. We, as Pfoten Profi Marketplace, offer our sellers the possibility to offer different delivery types and conditions. These include, for example:

  • Collection of goods on site
  • Delivery with own delivery service
  • Shipment of goods with logistics companies (e.g. DHL, UPS or Hermes)

Ultimately, however, it is always the seller who decides which options are offered.

Shipping costs

When calculating shipping costs, various parameters of your order are taken into account. For this reason, exact details of the shipping costs are displayed only on the page “Checkout”. Please note that the shipping is done directly by the respective seller. The sellers determine the delivery conditions and also the shipping costs. Any information about “free shipping” always refers to the respective seller and not to the total cart value.

Shipment tracking

The Pfoten Profi marketplace offers you the possibility to track the status of your order directly online (keyword: shipment tracking). However, this feature requires that the corresponding seller also fully uses the system and always keeps it up to date. Please keep in mind that not every seller has the necessary staff to keep the shipment tracking up-to-date. Therefore, if you have questions about your shipment status, you should not rely solely on the tracking feature, but rather check with the seller directly.
